- The mission of the safety committee is to ensure that the residents of Pinehurst @ Lakeview live in a safe community . Please contact Autry Pugh @hoa@pinehurst-hoa.com

- The mission of the Activities Committee is to increase the Pinehurst communities morale and camaraderie by hosting events for homeowners and their families to greet, meet, and socialize.  These events include, but are not limited to, community yard sales, community block parties and welcoming new residents. The activities committee will work with the pool committee for activities hosted at the pool. The chairperson for the Activities committee is Venia Hill hoa@pinehurst-hoa.com

 

- The mission of the architectural committee is to protect and preserve property values in the subdivision by maintaining architectural and aesthetic harmony and compatibility within the community. The committee chairperson will coordinate with HOA Bookkeeping to follow-up on covenant violations, ensure fines are enforced, and to review applications for modification for exterior changes to lots, i.e., decks, fences, sunrooms, etc. The chairperson for the architectural committee is Autry Pugh @    hoa@pinehurst-hoa.com.

 

 

- The mission of the pool committee is to ensure the pool is orderly (chairs, trash, bath) at the opening and closing of each day. The pool committee is active from May through September during the hours of 9:00am (open) to 9:00pm (close). The pool chairperson acts as the liaison between the pool cleaning contractor(s) and the PHOA board members to ensure the pool remains safe and in compliance with all regulations. - The mission of the teen committee is to ensure that we are taking into consideration the needs of the Youth in the community. It is the responsibility of the chairperson to work with the PHBOD to schedule meetings, events, and address the CONCERNS of the community and the teenagers. The teen chairperson acts as the liaison between the teenagers and the PHBOD. The teen committees are Evan Pope and Nana Kwarteng contact @ hoa@pinehurst-hoa.com .
